This ordering site is operated by Ardmore Fulfillment Partners, LLC, 735 Broad Street, Suite 400, Chattanooga, TN 37402, registered as Tennessee SOS control no. 001238467. We handle ordering, payment routing, delivery and refunds for AlphaSteel in the United States.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if stock runs out, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if we believe the order is fraudulent.

Pricing

Prices on this site are the maker's current direct pricing in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price shown on the checkout page at the moment you pay is the price of your order. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us; if one occurs we will contact you before charging anything.

Shipping and risk

We ship to United States addresses only. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control are not grounds for a claim beyond the remedies described on the shipping page.
